JEWS Ridgway Community Church FOR Welcomes guest speaker JESUS David Brickner Sunday, Sep.12th 10:00 AM David Brickner has been executive director since 1996 of Jews for Jesus, the leading Jewish mission and evangelistic organization in the world, which is dedicated to sharing the hope of the gospel with his Jewish people worldwide. Born in Massachusetts to Jewish parents, as a fifth- generation Jewish follower of Messiah Jesus, David views himself as living proof that following Jesus does not require the discarding of Jewish identity. Jews for Jesus has spread internationally into more than more than 12 countries, with the largest presence being in Israel. He has authored sev- eral books, including Christ in the Feast of Tabernacles and Future Hope-A Jewish Christian Look at the End of the World, and has been interviewed on secular and Christian national radio and television shows, including Larry King Live. He received his theological training at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, a B.A. in Judaica from Northeastem Illinois University (Spertus College of Judaica), and an M.A. in missiology, focusing on Jewish studies, from the Fuller School of Mission and Theology.
