Activities include water exploration, learning various holding positions and fun games. Parent must be in the Level 1 Beginner Class will meet in Toddler Pool This class introduces basic aquatic skills and emphasizes safe practices in and around water. This level will focus on: Floating on front and back, rolling over to back breath control, and swimming on back using elementary backstroke Level 2 Advanced Beginner Class will meet in 3' section of Wellness Pool This level will continue the work and proficiency of skills from level one. Focus will include swimming on back, swimming on front, rolling over from front to back, recovering to the surface after submerging and treading Level 3: Intermediate Swimmer Class will meet in 4'6" section of the Main Lap pool This level focuses on proficiency in Elementary Backstroke, Front crawl stroke, swimming in deep water, treading water, and Back Crawl stroke. Summer Private & Semi-private lessons are scheduled from our waitlist.
