Position Overview: As a Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales operations. You'll be the backbone of our Customer Service & Sales Departments, helping us achieve our revenue goals and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: New Order Processing: Process new customer orders accurately and efficiently. Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates. Sales Documentation: Prepare quotes and proposals. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Service Tickets: Initiate, process, monitor and complete service tickets. . Accounting: Prepare daily customer invoices, process customer payments (checks/ACH/Credit cards), contact customers for past due invoices. Collaboration: Work closely with departments to ensure seamless operations. . Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks related to sales, customer service and marketing as needed. Including, but not limited dip co Diversified Innovative Products to, daily mail organization and disbursement, file management, attend weekly and monthly meetings, and other support duties as needed. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar sales support or customer service role. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM software, pdf document editing and electronic filing. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support the sales and customer service and accounting teams. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions independently.
