MDMEA NOTICE TO CHANGE RATE TARIFFS NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGE IN THE RATE TARIFFS OF DELTA-MONTROSE ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION (DMEA) You are hereby notified that DMEA proposes to make the following changes in its rate tariffs, effective January 1, 2026: The proposed rate tariffs are available for examination at DMEA offices at 11925 6300 Road, Montrose, CO 81401, and 21191 H75 Road, Delta, CO, and can also be viewed at www.dmea.com/rates. The board of directors of DMEA (Board) invites anyone desiring to comment on the proposed changes to either: (1) Provide comments in person at a Board meeting to be held on December 16, 2025, at 6 p.m., at 11925 6300 Road, Montrose, Colorado; or (2) File written comments with DMEA by emailing them to rates@dmea.com or delivering them to 11925 6300 Road, Montrose, CO 81401, in any case by 5 p.m. on December 15, 2025. (3) Provide comments online through dmea.com/rates. Following the meeting, the Board may choose to adopt the changes as proposed, with variations, or not at all.
