Mental Health First Aid teaches about: Psychosis Substance Use disorders How to get help for Recovery and resiliency Depression and mood disorders · Anxiety disorders Trauma someone in crisis Learn how to make a difference in someone's life. This class teaches the skills needed to provide support to someone developing a mental health or substance use problem. Learn how to reach out and connect them to appropriate care they need.
