Ten days later when the van arrived in Montrose, that little plant was looking weary and tired from lack of water and light. I trimmed the dead leaves, watered him, fed him, and placed him in the sun in his new home. I told him he would love it here, and he believed me. All these years later he is still thriving and giving up cuttings for friends. It's kind of like our own lives watching this little plant.
